All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

🔹 Delivery Timeline

Once a service agreement is signed and payment is processed:

Weeks 1–2: Setup & Access

✅ Complete your onboarding form

✅ Grant us access to Google accounts (Google Profile, Ads Account-If you have one, if not we'll create one)

Week 2: Google Business Optimization + LSA Submission + Geo Tag Pictures

✅ We’ll fully optimize your Google Business Profile to help you start climbing the Map Pack.

✅ We'll submit info to get you LSA approved (takes 6-12 weeks if not already approved)

✅ We'll download any current pictures on GBP, geo tag them and then resubmit them, then each month we'll get 5 new pictures from you

Week 3: Review System Setup

We’ll meet to customize your review process for consistent 5–15 new reviews/month.

Week 4: Review Tools Delivered + Keyword Research

✅ Get your review tools: QR codes, templates, scripts — built for your workflow.

✅ We will start keyword research for SEO optimizing website

Week 5: Directory Listings + Social Updates

🔹 Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a strategy call has been completed and the project has begun.

If a client cancels before the kickoff strategy call, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and scheduling costs. This is evaluated case-by-case.

🔹 Cancellation Policy

Clients are on recurring service plans (e.g., monthly SEO retainers) can cancel with 30 days written notice (via email) prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be sent to: [email protected]

Once a new billing cycle has begun, the month’s services will be completed and billed as scheduled.
